How to contact Customer Support?
If you wish to contact customer service to report a game issue or need any other assistance you can contact the Wayfinder Support Team by submitting a Support Ticket.
Things to know/do when submitting a ticket!
IMPORTANT: It may take longer for a Support member to answer your request during Early Access, don't be alarmed! The Support staff answers all tickets in chronological order.
Please consider checking the Wayfinder Discord and Feature Upvote BEFORE making a new Support request. Please categorize your ticket appropriately! We have specialized experts for each ticket category so that you get the best support available as quickly and efficiently as possible!
Provide as much detail as possible when submitting your ticket. The more information you provide in your first contact with the Support team, the more efficiently a Support agent can help you!
