Before Submitting a Ticket - Is this a known Issue?
Before sending in a ticket please make sure to check the 'Known-Issue' section in our Discord and on FeatureUpVote to see if your problem has been reported.
Submitting a Ticket
When submitting a ticket, there are a couple of things that can be included that will help our developers in identifying and fixing an issue. Also, this may save some time in waiting for messages back and forth between you and the support staff.
- Information on the Technical Issue: Please provide as much detail on the problem as possible.
- Screenshots.
- Any steps you have already taken to resolve it.
- System Logs:
- DxDiag.txt: Please send us your DxDiag.txt using the instructions below:
- In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar.

Select dxdiag from the results.

After the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads, select Save All Information.
- This will create the DxDiag.txt.
- Please attach that file to the ticket.
- DxDiag.txt: Please send us your DxDiag.txt using the instructions below:
- Game Logs

They can be found at: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Atlas\Saved\Logs

You can simply copy and paste the code above (according to your Windows version) into any Windows Explorer folder address bar and hit [Enter].

Once you have these files, please just attach them to this ticket by using the [Attach file] button, so we can take a look at it.
